The amount of time we spend on our iphones has become “scary”. From the moment we wake to crushing that one last candy before bed.  Snapping and Liking as replaced hugging and high-fiving IRL. The problem is the amount you spend looking down at your smart device is literally destroying your neck. 

As a chiropractor in San Diego, one of the most common complaints that I treat people for is chronic neck, upper back and shoulder pain related to smartphone overuse. The issue has truly become something that has become so common that it is almost become a predictable causation when people share with me their symptoms.  

The solution: No more smart phone.  Is that going to happen?
